Sorry, but I’ve been banging on about this issue for sometime.
Google has decided it wants to be big brother.
Through it’s Chrome browser, it is forcing web site owners to add SSL (server-side security certificate) to their web sites.
It started warning us in 2014.
With each new Chrome update, the criteria has increased with more and more warnings.
The warnings persist
December 2017
What is comical about this rejection is it’s Google’s own page that is being rejected
https://www.google.com/adsense/..
This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.google.com didn’t accept your login certificate, or one may not have been provided.
Try contacting the system admin.
ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT
So, what do we do, we close Chrome, access the very same page using Firefox.
It will only be a matter of time before the world realises Chrome and its illfated security warnings are nothing but a misjudged Google direction
I’ll be honest, I sacked Firefox for being too slow and have been using Chrome.
I’ll keep it simple: one more security warning and Chrome is out of here.
